I ordered this leaning storage cabinet online because it looked great and fit in perfectly between sofa and dining table. After couple of weeks waiting, I received my order, but one piece was damaged. So I called the number on the instruction, it was the Guildford store. The manager Karen was really polite and apologised for the inconvenience and ordered the replacement straightway. I got it after couple of days, but it was the wrong piece, so I had to call them again, and they ordered the second replacement for me. It was delivered the next day and thank god it was the right piece this time. The whole item looked very nice and it was very easy to assemble. Unfortunately, after I had done it, I realised one of the side piece was damaged too. Sum it up, I think the customer service is really good, high standard service, but the quality of goods are questionable. I mean I paid £300+ for this one, the quality should match the price. I can easily find similar products online with cheaper price, that is the only disappointing part of the whole experience.

Great service! Great price for the zip up bag. This is the second time I'm purchasing one of these, and they really are good quality which lasts for years! Happy customer!
Good furniture; great for small spaces; I already had a couple of other Futon Company pieces in the same room, so they all go together nicely.
Gorgeous and very robust tatami mats arrived in a swift and timely manner. They are beautiful and fit perfectly.

Bed was good quality and straightforward to assemble. One of the few online sellers of beds of this style.Only minor issue was the delivery. Great that they delivered to my relatively remote area but I didn't get any notification in advance to let me know the day when the delivery was coming. The delivery arrived unexpectedly one afternoon about 3 weeks after I placed the order. Fortunately, I was in at the time, so no problems in the end.
Saw our first.Futon Company sofa/futon years ago and are still using as a sofa and as a bed today (recently bought lovely new cover which fits perfectly and looks great). Have bought more seating over last year - still sturdy, comfy and beautiful - fantastic value. Also found the customer service is excellent.
Good correspondence and lovely product which was for my daughter who was very pleased.
This was great in a fix - I had to sleep on the floor and needed something quick.I ordered a bed in a bag - bit thin but pretty heavy duty. it went on top of the couch cushions I was sleeping on together, and with a sheet over everything it was pretty darn comfortable!
The sofa bed is a pleasing design , well constructed and spacious when out fully . Very comfortable to sleep in too .Despite an issue with delivery & a missing part all was rectified quickly .
I am very pleased with the 2 stools that I bought, especially as one was half price. The storage one is great - it holds a lot and is comfortable to sit on when you put your socks on! It also looks very smart in my bedroom. Thank you also for the speedy Parcel Force delivery.
very long wait for a pick up date plus quite rude staff at the store when pick up the item.
